We're looking for a senior technical person to join terraledge as a Founding Technical Lead. terraledge helps employers offer a smarter financial wellness staff benefit — giving employees a clearer view of their cash compensation, equity, pensions and wider personal finances, while reducing the HR burden created by complex pay related and financial wellbeing questions.
terraledge now needs a senior technical team member who can help turn the MVP into a production level product. That means working across:
- Financial data normalisation
- User-specific financial context and memory
- AI workflows, RAG, tool-calling and guardrails
- Forecasting, simulation and analysis engines
- Secure, privacy-conscious product architecture
- A conversational and insight-led user experience
Bonus points if you already have deep experience covering any of these - ingestion of messy financial data, structuring a financial context layer, reasoning over that context, or delivering useful analysis through agents, nudges, forecasts and conversational interfaces.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Senior enough to own architecture and make pragmatic technical decisions
- Hands-on enough to build, ship, debug and iterate quickly
- Product-minded and commercially aware
- Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity
This is a builder role first, with real leadership scope as the company grows. The right person would have meaningful influence over how the product is built, how the architecture works, how we approach AI, how we manage user context and data, and how the engineering culture develops.
The role is London-based, in-person first with flexibility. If this sounds like you — or someone excellent comes to mind — we'd love to chat.
