We seek a data-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our growing Digital team. You'll work closely with our Digital Marketing Managers to develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns that drive measurable results for B2B clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns for efficiency, and staying ahead of digital advertising trends. You may be the perfect fit if you love testing, learning, and fine-tuning strategies to maximize ROI. This is a remote contractor role open to candidates based in the UK. The position requires working hours of 12:00–21:00 local UK time to ensure strong collaboration with our U.S. teams.
What You'll Do
- To meet client KPIs, you'll build and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine ad targeting and performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Ensure proper tracking and attribution by setting up UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager configurations if needed.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Build clear, actionable performance reports and insights to clients and internal teams.
- Follow the ever-changing paid media landscape, and recommend relevant new ads strategies.
Who You Are
- Must have a strong background in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Must have agency experience working with B2B clients and understand the nuances of B2B digital marketing.
- You have expertise in LinkedIn strategy, audience targeting, bid management, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
- You're proficient in analyzing performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, cost per acquisition) and using insights to improve campaign efficiency.
- You're proficient in building reporting decks and showcasing your work and value to the client.
- You're able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and seek answers proactively. You should be comfortable researching solutions online and utilizing available resources.
- You're highly organized and detail-oriented, and you can juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Having DemandBase, Reddit, Taboola Ads knowledge is a plus.
- You are a clear communicator, comfortable presenting detailed findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients if needed.
- You love collaborating and can effectively communicate performance insights and strategy recommendations.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish, and additional language skills (such as French) are considered a bonus.
