About the Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering major water projects across the UK, working on nationally significant frameworks as well as local schemes. This is ideal for someone with a hands-on approach who wants to be part of a consultancy where they have a voice and can make a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver wastewater network modelling projects from initial assessments through optioneering and detailed solution development
  • Oversee model build, verification and calibration using InfoWorks ICM (1D/2D)
  • Scope, manage and QA survey data and modelling deliverables
  • Mentor and support graduate and junior modellers to develop their technical and professional skills
  • Contribute to bid work, technical proposals and client presentations
  • Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, integrated project delivery

Requirements

  • BEng/MEng (or equivalent) in Civil, Environmental or Water Engineering
  • Strong technical skills in InfoWorks ICM (1D/2D), MapInfo and ArcGIS
  • Experience leading technical delivery and supporting or mentoring junior staff
  • Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Working towards or already achieved, chartership (ICE, CIWEM, or similar)
