Our Family Office is a diversified global, privately-owned investment Group, with investments spanning across European real estate and merchant shipping with a focus on environmentally conscious developments. We have a commitment to excellence and are focused on building a legacy, defined by strategic expertise and visionary leadership. Our team consists of experienced Investment professionals dedicated to identifying opportunities aligned with the Group’s mission in the European market and beyond. We are looking to add to this dynamic team by hiring an experienced Investment Director to join in the Limassol Office.

Job Description:

  • Identifying industry trends and performing research to identify investment opportunities in the targeted regions.
  • Developing new relationships through brokers and a professional network of contacts and business partners.
  • Presenting and defending investing opportunities in front of the shareholders.
  • Managing asset acquisitions and disposals.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with the stakeholders.
  • Performing the appropriate due diligence and underwriting on funds, co-investments and secondary opportunities.
  • Cooperating along with the Finance team for financing potential investments through debts or private loans.
  • Performing financial analysis of investments and optimizing portfolio performance through strategic asset management.

What you need to have for this role:

  • University Degree in Finance, Economics or another Degree deemed equivalent at a top UK, US or European University.
  • Significant experience either in M&A, Investment banking or Private Equity Investments.
  • Proven analytical/logical thinking capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and focus on results.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to present and express your convictions in a clear manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Greek.
