We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company. Our client, a well-established Aged Care and Healthcare organisation, is seeking new team members to join their team. No experience is required.
You will be offered a 24-month contract for the traineeship, with locked-in shifts on the negotiated days and hours, agreed to by you, during recruitment.
What we are seeking:

Shifts:
Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. You choose your days and hours. To begin with, you will be offered Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, until you complete your fast-tracked accredited training units and your on-the-job training has been signed off, you can start working Personal Care shifts, which start from 7:00 am.

- Personal Care (showering, dressing, grooming)

- Ability to listen, build a rapport, and work with a range of clients and other staff
- Complete documentation
