Our client, a well-established Aged Care and Healthcare organisation, is seeking new team members to join their team. No experience is required. We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new clients.

You will be offered a 24-month contract for the traineeship, with locked-in shifts on the negotiated days and hours, agreed to by you, during recruitment.

What we are seeking:

  • Have a great attitude

  • Ability to pass/present a clear National Police Check, or willing to obtain
  • Working Rights in Australia
  • Have regular availability (minimum 3 days a week)
  • Good communication skills
  • Want to work and care for the elderly?
  • Prepared to learn (on the job and in class) to complete your traineeship in Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021)

Shifts

Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. You chose your days and hours. To begin with, you will be offered Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, until you complete your fast-tracked accredited training units and your on-the-job training has been signed off, you can start working Personal Care shifts, which start from 7:00 am.
