We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company. Our client, a well-established Aged Care and Healthcare organisation, is seeking new team members to join their team.

  • No experience is required
  • We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new clients
  • You will be offered a 24-month contract for the traineeship, with locked-in shifts on the negotiated days and hours, agreed to by you, during recruitment

What we are seeking:

  • Have a great attitude
  • Be reliable
  • Willingness to learn and work
  • Ability to pass/present a clear National Police Check, or willing to obtain
  • Working Rights in Australia
  • Have regular availability (minimum 3 days a week)
  • Good communication skills
  • Want to work and care for the elderly?
  • Prepared to learn (on the job and in class) to complete your traineeship in Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021)

Shifts

  • Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • You chose your days and hours
  • To begin with, you will be offered Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, until you complete your fast-tracked accredited training units and your on-the-job training has been signed off, you can start working Personal Care shifts, which start from 7:00 am
