We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company. Our client, a well-established Aged Care and Healthcare organisation, is seeking new team members to join their team.
- No experience is required
- We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new clients
- You will be offered a 24-month contract for the traineeship, with locked-in shifts on the negotiated days and hours, agreed to by you, during recruitment
What we are seeking:
- Have a great attitude

- Ability to pass/present a clear National Police Check, or willing to obtain
- Working Rights in Australia
- Have regular availability (minimum 3 days a week)

- Prepared to learn (on the job and in class) to complete your traineeship in Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021)
Shifts
- Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- You chose your days and hours
- To begin with, you will be offered Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, until you complete your fast-tracked accredited training units and your on-the-job training has been signed off, you can start working Personal Care shifts, which start from 7:00 am
