Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in the automotive film industry, particularly PPF and window tint products. The ideal candidate possesses established industry relationships, a strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket, and a proven ability to develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in expanding Terminax's presence across the UK and directly contribute to the growth of a rapidly developing international brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory growth plans by identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new installers, dealerships, distributor partners, and other strategic accounts within the assigned region.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers while building long-term relationships with shop owners, installers, distributors, and key decision-makers to drive customer retention and repeat business.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, closing, and post-sale account management.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and sales presentations to promote Terminax products and educate customers on their features, performance, and competitive advantages.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and territory growth objectives through effective account planning, pipeline management, and business development activities.
  • Collaborate closely with technical support, training, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful customer onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing account development.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and opportunity pipelines within the CRM system while providing regular updates on business performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing developments, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and support strategic business initiatives.
  • Represent Terminax at trade shows, industry events, training programs, and automotive community activities to strengthen brand awareness and expand professional networks.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience within the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Prior experience in Paint Protection Film (PPF), window tint, automotive films, detailing products, vehicle accessories, or closely related sectors.
  • Proven track record of successful territory development, account management, and revenue growth.
  • Existing relationships with installers, restyling shops, dealerships, distributors, or dealer networks.
  • Strong understanding of PPF, window tint, and automotive film installation businesses.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Passion for automotive culture, vehicle customization, and aftermarket products.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
