We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in the automotive film industry, particularly PPF and window tint products. The ideal candidate possesses established industry relationships, a strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket, and a proven ability to develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in expanding Terminax's presence across UK and directly contribute to the growth of a rapidly developing international brand . Develop and execute territory growth plans by identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new installers, dealerships, distributor partners, and other strategic accounts within the assigned region. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers while building long-term relationships with shop owners, installers, distributors, and key decision-makers to drive customer retention and repeat business. Own the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, closing, and post-sale account management. Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and sales presentations to promote Terminax products and educate customers on their features, performance, and competitive advantages. Achieve or exceed sales targets and territory growth objectives through effective account planning, pipeline management, and business development activities. Collaborate closely with technical support, training, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful customer onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing account development. Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and opportunity pipelines within the CRM system while providing regular updates on business performance. Represent Terminax at trade shows, industry events, training programs, and automotive community activities to strengthen brand awareness and expand professional networks. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management. Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience within the automotive aftermarket industry. Prior experience in Paint Protection Film (PPF), window tint, automotive films, detailing products, vehicle accessories, or closely related sectors. Proven track record of successful territory development, account management, and revenue growth. Existing relationships with installers, restyling shops, dealerships, distributors, or dealer networks. Strong understanding of PPF, window tint, and automotive film installation businesses. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Passion for automotive culture, vehicle customization, and aftermarket products. Excellent English communication skills. Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
