Key Requirements:

CACHE Level 3 or above in Childcare (Level 5/management qualification preferred)

Experience in early years leadership or supervisory roles

Strong organisational, communication, and team-building skills

A caring, nurturing approach with a genuine passion for children\’s development

Role Highlights:

Support the Nursery Manager in running daily operations
