The RoleAs Lettings Manager, you will take responsibility for the smooth operation of the school's lettings programme, maximising community use of the facilities while ensuring a safe, professional and welcoming environment for all hirers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing enquiries and bookings for school facilities.
- Building strong relationships with local clubs, organisations and community groups.
- Coordinating site staff to ensure facilities are prepared before each booking.
- Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.
- Managing contracts, invoicing and booking administration.
- Supporting the development and growth of the school's lettings income.
- Acting as the main point of contact for external hirers and resolving any issues promptly.
