This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them to access their education fully within a mainstream school environment. The Role As a Teaching Assistant supporting hearing-impaired students, you will work closely with teaching staff and the school's inclusion/SEND team to provide effective support both inside and outside the classroom. Your responsibilities may include: Supporting students with hearing impairments to access the curriculum. Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required. Helping students to develop their confidence, independence and communication skills. Supporting classroom activities and adapting resources where appropriate.
