To continue this mission, we are seeking a dedicated Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to join our team. The Role: Provide tailored support to a child with SEN needs, helping the access the national curriculum and achieve their personal goals. Collaborate with Teachers and parents to implement Individual Educational Plans (IEP) Have a positive, inclusive and nurturing atmosphere for the child to thrive in. Adapt and respond to the pupils to the individual needs of the pupil with patience and creativity.If you have experience working within education and even better, with SEN needs we would love to hear from you!
