The Role: Provide tailored support to a child with SEN needs, helping the access the national curriculum and achieve their personal goals. Collaborate with Teachers and parents to implement Individual Educational Plans (IEP) Have a positive, inclusive and nurturing atmosphere for the child to thrive in.
