The Role
- Provide high-quality care and emotional support to students within the residential setting.
- Encourage independence and promote personal development.
- Support students with daily routines, social activities and life skills.
- Help create a safe, welcoming and supportive home-from-home environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and the wider care team to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
