The Role

We are seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to:

  • Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support pupils one-to-one or in small groups, fostering learning and independence.
  • Assist with classroom management and create a calm, supportive environment.
  • Prepare tailored resources and support communication and social skills development.
  • Build meaningful relationships with students, staff, therapists, and families.

  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
