Academics is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs across primary schools in Mid Sussex. You may provide 1:1, small-group or classroom-based support to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and build confidence and independence.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN, be patient and nurturing, and capable of supporting challenging behaviour when required.
