About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs. If you\βre seeking a rewarding career, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis.
Assisting with classroom activities.
Helping to implement support plans.
Promoting a safe, positive and engaging learning environmentIdeal Candidate:
Previous experience working with children or adults with additional needs (e.g. in care work, schools, or residential settings)
Calm, patient and empathetic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
