Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, following school plans where provided.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment.
  • Adapt quickly to different schools, classrooms and teaching styles.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
  • Assess and support pupils' learning throughout the day.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, school staff and leadership teams.
  • Uphold safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all children.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching within UK primary or secondary schools.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
  • A flexible, reliable and positive approach to teaching.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • The right to work in the UK.
