Are you a passionate and experienced early years professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a dedicated Baby Room Leader to join our warm, supportive nursery team in Tunbridge Wells.
About the Role
As our Baby Room Leader, you will take the lead in one of our baby rooms, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our youngest children. You'll work closely with a strong and experienced team - with three additional baby rooms on site, you'll always have the support, collaboration, and shared knowledge of fellow practitioners.

What We're Looking For
- A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
- Experience working with babies in an early years setting
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
