We work with a variety of excellent Nurseries around Kent and the East Sussex areas so this is a brilliant opportunity to get more experience or find the best nursery for you! As a Nursery Practitioner you look after the educational and social development of babies and young children up to the age of five. Their primary duties include providing children with a safe environment to learn, helping them to develop basic social and behavioural skills and engaging them in age-appropriate play activities. Duties Working in local nurseries to you, currently we need practitioners in and around the Crawley area. Keeping a record of the children's progress to share with parents and other carers Providing support to other nursery staff members Creating an environment that meets the needs of the children by considering their cultural and medical needs Creating fun and educational activities for the children under their care Working Monday to Friday, shifts start at 8am and end at 6pm. Full day, morning, lunch cover or afternoon shifts available.
