Term Time Teachers are currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work on an ad-hoc and temp-to-perm basis across Hastings and the surrounding areas.

We work with a variety of fantastic schools, including mainstream primary and SEN settings, who are looking for support staff to cover day-to-day absence, short-term roles, and longer-term placements β many of which lead to permanent positions.

Experienced Teaching Assistants (Level 2/3 desirable but not essential)
Strong classroom management and a flexible, can-do attitude
Confidence supporting pupils in small groups or 1:1, including those with SEN
A genuine passion for supporting children\βs learning and development
Willingness to travel to schools in and around Hastings
