Primary Teaching Assistant Uckfield We are currently seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team and support our students in reaching their full potential. If you are passionate about education and enjoy working with children, we would love to hear from you! Whether you are looking for a Permanent, long term, short term or day to day role, we can help! We work with a number of schools within the East Sussex area and currently we have a lot of need within the Uckfield area. If you are interested in working within a lovely school and helping to support children in their main academic years, we can help find the role for you. You will either be working as a full classroom support, in small groups or 1:1 with students. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation. Working with small groups or one-to-one with pupils who may need extra support, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Assisting with classroom management, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment. Helping to monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents when necessary. Supporting the social and emotional well-being of all pupils.
