Job Description
Part-time (Every Monday) | Paid to Scale | Starting After October Half Term (Term 2)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Year 6 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Rochester. This is a part-time role, teaching every Monday, starting after the October half term for Term 2, with pay in line with your current MPS/UPS rate.
You'll take responsibility for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to a bright and motivated Year 6 class. Planning is required as part of this role, and you'll work collaboratively with the wider teaching team to ensure continuity and progress across the curriculum.
This position is ideal for a confident practitioner with strong classroom management skills and a passion for helping pupils achieve their full potential as they prepare for the transition to secondary school.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6
