Responsibilities
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel supported and motivated to learn.
- Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons or confidently adapt to plans provided on the day.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a focused learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school team to support pupil outcomes.
About You
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Has experience teaching within Primary schools.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Is enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to supporting pupil's progress.
- Works well within a team and contributes positively to school life.
