About the role
At term time teachers are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Mathematics Teacher as part of our growing agency team to teach within a high-performing Mathematics Department in Tonbridge and Malling. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to children\’s success within their mathematical development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and assess work efficiently, providing children feedback to support their academic progress.
- Deliver mathematics curriculum to secondary school pupils
- Encourage curiosity, critical thinking and problem solving in mathematical activities.
- Monitor children\’s development and assess their progress
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
- Excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom control
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children\’s wellbeing
