We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing, mixed-age Nursery and Reception setting. This term-time role offers the opportunity to join them on a permanent basis or initially through a temp-to-perm arrangement.
The school's Early Years provision follows the Curiosity Approach, providing a calm, engaging environment where every child is supported to explore, grow and thrive.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Understands EYFS best practice and holistic child development
- Is creative, energetic and passionate about early learning
- Can support phonics, early reading and small-group interventions
- Builds strong relationships with families
- Enjoys working as part of a warm, village-school community
