Academics is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Mid Sussex for a full-time SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant starting September 2026.
This role provides dedicated one-to-one support for a pupil with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop confidence.
You will collaborate with the class teacher, SENCO and external professionals to promote emotional wellbeing, independence and inclusive learning, with opportunities for CPD and SEN training.
