About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis.
- Assisting with classroom activities.
- Helping to implement support plans.
- Promoting a safe, positive and engaging learning environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working with children or adults with additional needs (e.g. in care work, schools, or residential settings).
- Calm, patient and empathetic approach.
