Nursery Assistant Kingshill Area We are looking for a reliable and caring Nursery Assistant to join our friendly early years team based in the Kingshill area. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and is committed to supporting their learning, development and wellbeing. Key responsibilities: Supporting children with their daily routines, activities and learning. Creating a safe, positive and welcoming environment. Assisting with indoor and outdoor activities. Supporting the wider nursery team with day-to-day duties. Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures.The ideal candidate will: Have a genuine interest in working with young children. Be reliable, patient and approachable. Have good communication and teamwork skills. Be willing to learn and develop within the role. Be available to work full time.Previous nursery or childcare experience is desirable, although applicants with the right attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered.
