The college is now seeking enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team, supporting students with additional learning needs to achieve success both in and out of the classroom.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support to students aged 16-19 (and occasionally adult learners). You'll help to remove barriers to learning and ensure that all students have equal opportunities to succeed. This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about education, inclusion, and making a difference in young people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide in-class and 1:1 support for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
- Assist students in developing study skills, independence, and confidence.
