Contract: Long term to permanent

Working Hours:

  • Option 1: Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 9:30pm (24 hours per week) - £14,716 gross per annum
  • Option 2: Monday - Thursday, 6:00pm - 10:00pm (16 hours per week) - £9,811 gross per annum

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Care Support Assistants to support students with special educational needs within classroom and residential environments. This is a hands-on and highly rewarding role where you will help students build independence, confidence and essential life skills. You will support students' physical, social, emotional and educational needs, assisting with daily routines such as mealtimes, mobility and personal care. You will also contribute to learning activities and life skills development that promote independence and personal growth. Working closely with education and residential care teams, you will follow individual care plans to ensure students are supported safely and effectively while maintaining their wellbeing. Specialist training, including medication administration and gastrostomy feed support, will be provided where required.
