Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 in Geography, History, and Religious Education

  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives
  • Support enrichment activities, including trips and wider learning opportunities
  • Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring positive outcomes

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Humanities subjects at secondary level
  • Strong subject knowledge in at least one specialism (Geography, History, or RE)
  • A proven ability (or clear potential) to achieve strong student outcomes
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to team working
