At Academics, we are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher to inspire and support students in a well-regarded school in Tunbridge Wells. The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm for teaching art and a strong commitment to promoting creativity and artistic skills in secondary school students.
About the Role:
- Teaching Art to secondary school students up to KS5
- Planning and delivering engaging, curriculum-based art lessons
- Encouraging students' creative development and appreciation of the arts
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Art in UK secondary schools
- An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills
- A passion for creativity and a commitment to student engagement
- Right to work in the UK
