Academics are currently working with a range of fantastic Primary schools across East Sussex, and we're on the lookout for experienced, enthusiastic HLTAs to join our team to help in and around the Wadhurst area.
What we're looking for:
- HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Confidence in leading small groups and covering whole classes when needed
- A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting children's learning
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
