About the Role
At term time teachers, we are looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join a boarding school near Westerham. In this role, you will support students with physical disabilities and complex medical needs, enabling them to achieve meaningful independence and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist students with daily living activities, including personal care, mealtime assistance, and mobility support.
- Implement and follow care plans to ensure the well-being and safety of students.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school policies and procedures.
Shift Patterns
- Pattern 1: Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM β 9:30 PM
- Pattern 2: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM β 4:00 PM, with Friday 8:30 AM β 2:00 PM
- Pattern 3: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM β 4:00 PM, with Friday 8:30 AM β 2:00 PM
About You
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students\\\β lives.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of students.
- Committed to upholding the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
- Must have experience.
- Must hold DBS or be willing to apply for one.
