We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a SEMH School based in Tunbridge Wells. This role offers you the experience to work closely with children who require additional support, and to help create an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. There are full-time and part-time roles available.
What we are looking for:
- A recent graduate in Psychology or a related field.
- A passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication skills and a caring, empathetic attitude.

- Previous experience desirable but not required.

Responsibilities as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Support children with special educational needs in both one-to-one and group settings.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Work alongside teachers and other professionals to monitor progress and adjust support strategies where necessary
