The predicted salary is between 1170 - 1300 £ per month.

We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support children with special educational needs (SEN) and associated challenging behaviours. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to get relevant practical experience, enabling you to expand your knowledge and skillset, which is invaluable to you as an aspiring Occupational Therapist.

It is vital that you are sincere about your objectives and know why you want to work in this sector, ultimately providing the best possible outcomes for vulnerable students who have experienced adverse childhood experiences, trauma and have been tragically let down by the adult world. You must also be committed to providing consistency for these children. These roles are not easy and it can take months to build foundations with vulnerable students.

  • Able to encourage the development of social skills and support students' individual needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to provide behaviour and pastoral support
  • Attend staff meetings and complete appropriate CPD
  • Ensure safeguarding of students
Working Hours & Training

5 days a week (Mon-Fri) & £90-100 per day. No previous experience is required. Excellent on-site training, support and CPD is provided. You MUST have right to work in the UK in order to apply - no Visa sponsorship.

Term Time Teachers are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, therefore all applicants will be subject to a full face-to-face registration and an Enhanced DBS (Formerly known as CRB).
