A welcoming and well-established school in the East Grinstead area is looking to appoint a proactive and commercially minded Lettings Manager to oversee the successful operation of its facilities outside of school hours.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating bookings and helping maximise the use of excellent school facilities for the local community.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the school's lettings programme from enquiry through to completion.

Develop relationships with sports clubs, community organisations and local businesses.

Coordinate caretaking and site teams to ensure facilities are ready for use.

Ensure all safeguarding, health and safety and compliance procedures are adhered to.

Monitor bookings, prepare invoices and maintain accurate records.
