We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our welcoming and supportive primary school in Tunbridge Wells from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a nurturing environment that prioritises professional development and staff wellbeing.
You will be supported through a comprehensive ECT induction programme, including mentoring from experienced colleagues, regular training, and opportunities to develop your teaching practice.
