The Role
- Support the Room Manager with the day-to-day running of the room.
- Lead the room in the Room Manager's absence.
- Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Support, motivate and mentor Early Years Practitioners.
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety standards are met.
