We’re seeking an enthusiastic and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Brighton that supports pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with pupils aged 14‑16 who require additional emotional and behavioural support. You’ll help them engage with learning, manage their emotions, and build the confidence they need to succeed. The SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide structure, stability, and encouragement throughout the school day.   • A relevant qualification or training in special educational needs (desirable).
