We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and proactive Individual Needs Assistant to provide tailored support for a student within an academic setting in Brighton. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day academic and personal support needs, helping to promote independence, confidence, and engagement in education.
Key Responsibilities:
