As our Baby Room Leader, you will take the lead in one of our baby rooms, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our youngest children. • A large, home-built Forest School within our private grounds
  • Access to the school's playing fields, gym hall, and additional Forest School
  • A fantastic location close to three parks and a forest, perfect for regular outings
  • Easy access to public transport, enabling trips into town for library visits, theatre trips, and fun 'treasure hunts' through local charity shops

We strongly believe in learning through exploration, outdoor play, and real-world experiences.

  • A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
  • Experience working with babies in an early years setting

  • A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and education

What We Offer:

  • A supportive team environment with experienced staff across multiple baby rooms
  • Opportunities for professional development and progression
  • A unique and enriching setting with outstanding outdoor facilities
  • The chance to make a real difference in children's early development
