We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and committed Wrap Around Care Leader to join our thriving and supportive school community. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality after-school care for Key Stage 2 pupils, ensuring a safe, engaging and nurturing environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with children, enjoys planning fun and stimulating activities, and is confident leading a small team.
The schools vision is to provide a happy, safe, stimulating, supportive and fun environment where every child can thrive-developing into kind, creative and responsible members of the school community.
Your Responsibilities:
- To support and lead in delivering a safe, secure and stimulating environment for pupils in Wrap Around Care
- Ensure that the care offers a high quality, inclusive environment which meets the needs of all pupils attending
- Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are upheld
- Ensure good communication with catering, and associated support/teaching staff
- Help pupils with homework and supervise a range of independent activities
- Ensure registers are up to date
- Follow Safeguarding procedures in accordance with School policies
