Exams Access Arrangement Coordinator
Location: Tonbridge and Malling area
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract: Temporary
Hours: 3 days per week

Duration: Until February half-term, with potential to extend into March
Are you an experienced Exams Access Arrangement Coordinator or education professional with knowledge of examination access arrangements? We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a well-established further education setting in the Tonbridge area.
The Role
- Coordinate exam access arrangements in accordance with current JCQ regulations.
- Liaise with students, teaching staff and support teams to identify and implement appropriate arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and supporting evidence for access arrangements.
- Coordinate arrangements including extra time, supervised rest breaks, readers, scribes and other approved adjustments.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales.
- Work closely with the Exams and Student Support teams to ensure arrangements are in place ahead of examination periods.
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive student information.
- Provide effective communication and support to students throughout the process.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within exams, access arrangements, SEND, student support or an educational setting. Knowledge of JCQ regulations and examination access arrangements would be highly desirable.
You will be organised, reliable and have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage confidential information and multiple administrative processes effectively.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with students and staff across the college.
Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy
