About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join Term Time Teacher\βs supply team and support local schools on an ad-hoc basis. This is an ideal opportunity to work flexibly, supporting pupils in their learning while experiencing a variety of school environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support to teachers and assist in delivering engaging lessons.
- Support individual pupils or small groups to enhance their learning and development.
- Assist with classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Adapt to the needs of different schools and year groups.
- Uphold school policies and procedures, promoting the welfare and safeguarding of all pupils.
About You
- Has experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (desirable but not essential).
- Is enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable.
- Has a passion for working with children and supporting their education.
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is professional, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- IS able to get to multiple areas in and around East Grinstead
