We are seeking a reliable and caring Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in the Staplehurst/Marden area on a full-time, long-term basis.
You will play an important role in supporting pupils with their learning, working alongside the class teacher and helping create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
The role will involve supporting children both individually and in small groups, encouraging their progress and helping them get the most from their time at school.
We are looking for someone that will be slightly flexible in working days, depending on the schools needs, with the view of taking on a long term placement within the school eventually.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
- Is patient, approachable and able to build positive relationships with pupils
- Can confidently support children with a range of learning needs
- Works well as part of a wider school team
- Is dependable and professional

Term Time Teachers are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, therefore all applicants will be subject to a full face-to-face registration and an Enhanced DBS (Formerly known as CRB)
Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy
