About the Role
Working as an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you could be:
- Providing tailored classroom support to students with additional learning needs.
- Working one-to-one with pupils requiring individual assistance.
- Supporting children with autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and other learning difficulties.
- Helping students engage with lessons and classroom activities.
- Encouraging positive behaviour, social interaction and emotional development.
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and wider school teams.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive school environment.
