Looking for a role where you can truly make an impact? We’re seeking a confident, passionate Senior Nursery Practitioner to join our management team at our vibrant Tunbridge Wells nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up, influence practice, and be part of shaping an inspiring early years environment.
You’ll play a key role in supporting staff, maintaining high standards, and helping to lead day-to-day operations - all while remaining hands-on with the children.
What makes us special
Our setting is unlike most. With four large rooms, three separate gardens, and our own home-built Forest School, outdoor learning is at the heart of everything we do. We also have access to school playing fields, a gym hall, and even more forest school space. Add in regular outings to nearby parks, the forest, and trips into town (think library visits, theatre trips, and charity shop treasure hunts), and you’ll quickly see this is no ordinary nursery.
