Your Role As a Learning Support Assistant:
At Term Time Teachers, we are looking for inspiring secondary learning support assistants to join our growing agency team to support secondary schools in Tonbridge by assisting pupils who face challenges with their learning. Your role as a learning support assistant will include working closely with teachers, assisting with classroom management and offering small group interventions with students to extend their engagement and concentration.
As a learning support assistant you should possess the following:
